Are you on a collegiate team or club that uses CAD? Whether it is Formula SAE, BAJA SAE, underwater ROV’s, rocketry, satellites, or anything in between, Onshape is proud to sponsor and support student teams with software and resources.
Sponsorship Details
Your team can be sponsored by Onshape and receive a donation of an Onshape Education Enterprise Plan! Onshape is the only cloud-native product development platform that delivers full-featured CAD, built-in PDM, and enterprise analytics in a single system.
Onshape provides sponsorships to collegiate teams.
Each sponsorship includes:
- A donation of an Onshape Education Enterprise Plan
- Includes features that are crucial to these programs such as simulation, release management, automated part numbering, task management, analytics, and more.
- Dedicated support, personal onboarding, and resources
What you agree to:
- Place at least one Onshape logo in a visible location on your project.
- Send a team photo of the project with the Onshape logo visible and team members to edumarketing@ptc.com
- List Onshape as a sponsor on your team webpage
- Only use your donated Onshape Education Enterprise for your team's project and education.

Frequently Asked Questions
Postsecondary (Collegiate or University) clubs or teams of students working on an engineering project for a project or event are eligible to apply.
After you submit the above form, we will reach out to you to set up an onboarding call. During that call we will confirm eligibility, set up your enterprise, and provide help getting started.
We will share registration links and recordings for relevant webinars that we host periodically, articles specific for teams getting started, and general Onshape courses available on our learning center.
Yeah! It’s easy to upload CAD from your previous tool and continue building off of it. If you are already using Onshape, you can also transfer your current documents into your new enterprise.
